  • Booking and invoicing data: up to 7 years (legal obligation)

Terms and Conditions

1. Applicability

These conditions apply to all reservations at TJuste Plekske, operated by V3M BV.

2. Reservation and payment

  • Reservations are made via the website or upon request

  • A reservation is only final after confirmation

  • Payment is made online or according to agreed conditions

3. Cancellation policy (recommended – strong & fair)

  • Free cancellation up to 1 month before arrival

  • In case of cancellation within 1 month before arrival: 50% of the stay will be charged

  • In case of cancellation within 7 days before arrival or no-show: 100% of the stay will be charged

4. Arrival and departure

  • Check-in: from 16:00

  • Check-out: until 11:00

5. Stay and house rules

  • The maximum number of guests per room must be respected

  • Smoking is not allowed indoors

  • Pets are not allowed (pets are not permitted in order to guarantee optimal hygiene and comfort for all guests)

  • Silence and respect for other guests are required

6. Liability

  • Damage caused by the guest will be charged

  • The operator is not liable for loss or theft of personal belongings

7. Force majeure

In case of force majeure (e.g. technical problems, exceptional circumstances), the operator reserves the right to cancel the reservation. In this case, the paid amount will be refunded.

8. Applicable law

Belgian law applies to these conditions.
